Really easy to apply. I work in healthcare so constantly washing hands and using chemicals to clean. I'd recommend buffing the nail so that it sticks better and using the UV light for 60 seconds, pressing the nail quickly and then using the UV for another 30 seconds. Just to make sure it's never coming off. Lasted almost up to 2 weeks (I just took if off early cause I wanted to change it up). It's amazing.
