It went pretty well. I'm not used to all the cooking, but I did better than I thought I would. I pretty much made it 7 days without eating sugar. Maybe a little fake sugar towards the end of week. Now it's been another week. I have eaten some sugar, partly because I still had it in house from before. I just plan to keep using recipes without sugar, and to not buy as many things containing sugar.

This is the best detox I have participated in. The support from the group as well as from Autumn has been great. So many times I have done different programs and felt alone when expecting more. Not with Autumn. She is present and will help in any way she can. Her program is also full of information and recipes that are sustainable and easy to do.

It was very good. The information was clear, thorough and concise. I did have to adjust the seasoning for my palate.
