Appalling Supplier

Absolutely appalling, non-existent customer service. When I placed my order I requested delivery to my address. This did NOT happen. The courier, DPD chose to deliver the goods to an unknown DPD shop. I sent an email to Customer Services, did an on-line Customer Services chat AND reported the problem to what appeared to be an AI Customer Services Advisor. All to no avail therefore I was provided with absolutely no customer service. Finally, I telephoned around ALL the local stores to try to track down my goods. Thankfully I was successful in locating them. I would be EXTREMELY reluctant to place an order with BeautyHair again and I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend them as a supplier.

The packaging has changed but the product seems the same as my usual hair colour
