Great paddle. Works well. I ordered replacement paddles because I forgot to take the paddle out of the bread and sliced into it which removed the coating and exposed the metal. Totally my fault. Cuckoo sent out the replacement paddle quickly. UPS lost the shipment and after calling Cuckoo they sent out a second one that day. Great customer service. Thanks Cuckoo.
