Not this lure, but the order and delivery process is terrible. I don't know if they farm it out to shop. Com or pack themselves but box was barely sealed and small lures could have slipped out. Almost no notifications, even though they had my email to send marketing email and text, few if any progress updates and it took a week to get a handful of lures
