Plain black candle!

I’m always and honest person the candle works good! And it did what it supposed to do but the only thing I had a problem with is that when my package shipped it went from state to state with any problems but as soon as it gotten to the state of Montgomery Alabama some kind of reason it gotten turned around and left my state and went to Tennessee and the it went to Georgia and then to another state and back to Alabama but some went wrong cause I explained to the owner that my package is going all over the world and then when it finally gotten here and I received my package I open it and 1 of f my order wasn’t correct I had order 1 oil and 1 plain black candle but I didn’t have that I had 1 plain candle and some other kind of candle and then when I call the owner and told her that my order wasn’t correct and can she please 🙏 send me my correct order and they told me that they wasn’t going to reship my missing order cause it seems like they can’t get my order to me in and timely manner!!! And that’s not my fault how the postal service does their package! Either their package getting lost ! Or someone stealing the customer package from the postal service but I’m getting treated this way and getting blamed for the postal service fault!! This is not right when it comes to business treating their customers like this! On god this is not right at all!!!
