Loved the products but I needed to exhange them for a bigger size. I had all the tags and original post packaging ready to go and contacted the store to confirm thr process. Only to find out that they do not offer exchanges for international customers. The sales assistant suggested I have someone to fly to singapore to do the exchange. Not a joke, I have a record of the conversation. Would have loved to love the products but I can’t use it ☹️
