Delivery-problems

Got our bike delivered and guess what my kids have not been able to use it! The box it came in had big openings from transports! That lead to pieces been missed from the package. The head light was broken. I reached out to costumer services and I’m still waiting to heard of when those pieces will get to me. I heard from someone from costumer service but i have not gotten a real solution and maybe of a date when i will get the broken and missing pieces.

Had a mix up with the order but the company made it right and my son is ecstatic to have gotten this as a gift for his birthday. Thank you Droyd 🙏 My son is just making the transition from pedaling to electric so to really feel the wind in his hair, made his day. His dad rides a Harley motorcycle so the urge to ride is genetic but for now, this speed is perfect.

Just put it on the charger. It looks and feels tough. Can't wait til my kids test it out. Will update review afterward.
