Bad customer service!

I order from here all the time! Everything this order was off color and fit! I reached out to customer service whom told me everything was final Sale which was never mentioned to me. Now they won’t get back to me so I am stuck with a bunch of stuff that doesn’t fit or I don’t like. If this isn’t corrected this will be my last purchase.
