Widespread Bathroom Faucet Sink , Three Holes Faucet, Unlacquered Brass Vanity Faucet

While this is a handmade item, the product had a bend in one of the faucets and is over 1/2 inch longer than the other so they look completely different. There is a plastic cap at the top of the drain that is visible. The description stated to include drains and these were not included with the package. I contacted customer support where they asked for more photos after I provided 5. It’s been two days and I still haven’t received a follow-up. The handles and other elements of the item are beautiful. I would not recommend based on my experience.
