Title says it all. I only ride on Zwift these days, but tend to ride long duration. My friends kept telling me I needed a rocker plate. I kept ignoring them. Finally, I decided to look into it, and happened on the P3 review. Took a while between ordering and receiving, but when it finally arrived, it was a breeze to setup. I do need to grow longer arms because now everything is out of reach. Only complaint is that the plywood exudes a strong plywood odour. I moved an air quality monitor (dyson air filter, formaldehyde version) into the room as I thought there might be volatile organics or formaldehyde off gassing in my closed exercise space. Nothing at all registered. I know the VOC sensor works. Not sure about the formaldehyde. Claude-AI tells me that terpenes and aldehydes are to be expected to be off-gassed by plywood. I have some plywood shelves I just made in an even smaller room and I have never smelled anything from them. Curious.

So good I bought two. After a couple of weeks of using mine, I realized my husband’s lustful glances were not directed towards me after all, but at the rocker plate!
