Great power bank/customer service

My wife bought one of these and I borrowed it for a trip. Liked it so much I decided to order one for myself. Unfortunately it was stolen during transit, but customer service responded immediately to my request and sent out a replacement bank. Will definitely be ordering more from this brand.

Light weight and fast charging

I love the tan (re) classic power bank because it is lightweight, charges my cell to full capacity and pretty. Saw this sold at Bloomingdale’s but decided to buy directly from the online store. Great for travel and buying it as gifts for friends.

Good battery, not as thin or light as I hoped

The batter works as advertised, although it make my wife's older phone really hot. The grip of the battery is strong and it feels secure. Re: weight, it’s not as light or thin as I expected, but it does the job. I appreciate the “pass through” charging connection. Solid device and would purchase again.
