Arrived broken twice

This product arrived broken twice. The microscope isn't protected in the cardboard packaging so I assume it breaks as it rolls around in transit. Excellent customer service sent replacements, and then gave a full refund when we asked. We then bought the same product from Amazon (after trying to avoid buying there) and it arrived unbroken in protected packaging.

Our granddaughter received the microscope for her 6th birthday and is delighted with it.
