Disappointed for the first time

I’ve been a longtime fan of your sauces and have received several of your gift sets over the years, so this is honestly the first time I’ve ever felt disappointed enough to leave feedback like this. The Black Garlic hot sauce I recently purchased didn’t meet the standard I’ve come to expect from your brand. The consistency is extremely thin, much more watery than any of your other sauces I’ve had. It pours almost like it’s been diluted, and that really impacts the overall experience. The flavor itself isn’t bad; there’s something good there with the black garlic. But it feels watered down and lacking the depth and richness I usually associate with your products. The heat level is also quite mild, which might be fine if the flavor were stronger, but combined with the thin consistency, it ends up feeling weak. To be completely honest, it tastes like the sauce has been diluted, like part of it was replaced with water. That’s how noticeable the difference is compared to what I’ve had from you before. I’ve always trusted your brand, which is why this stands out so much. I’m hoping this was just a one off issue, but as it stands, this experience makes me hesitant about purchasing again.

Saw this one on Hot Ones and grabbed it. The flavor is out of this world. Heat is not far behind.

My favorite hot sauce. Perfect amount of heat with the potential to get a little too hot if you're not careful and is packed with flavor. I am on my 4th bottle.
