First I am so excited for this book and I love supporting small businesses when I can. But the customer service?!? Amazing. She is a sweetie via instagram messanger. Then the packaging??? It was such an experience! Personalized shipping stickers and tape, and then bookmarks, stickers, adorable wrapping…I am sold. I am already looking at more to purchase because opening that box was such an experience and a high I will be chasing again. 10/10
