Awesome company! A+++++
Had an issue with the initial shipment(No fault of JB Tow, the post office thought the package could double as a wheel chock) but I contacted JB Tow and explained that items were missing and they couldn't have been faster to re-issue the shipment. Super happy with the customer service and the product appears to be excellent quality
