Delivery nightmare!!!!
Despite assurances that I could schedule delivery at my convenience, that couldn’t be farther from the truth. I had white glove delivery, but, for some reason, the mirror wasn’t included in that. They send it when they want, and the ultimate frustration came today when it was left by the road because my driveway had just been paved. Even the white glove delivery only works on Saturdays for me - the worst possible day. What they say in the store is totally different. They have offered me a candle to compensate!!!

Simply Beautiful
We are extremely happy with our large Cove mirror. It arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. The mirror is solid, beautifully made, and clearly high quality. It even came with an installation template, which made hanging it incredibly easy. We couldn’t be more pleased with this purchase. It was also a pleasure working with Meg again at the San Francisco store. Her insight, product knowledge, and professionalism are truly invaluable. She provided some of the best customer service we’ve experienced in a long time. Highly recommend both the Cove mirror and working with Meg for an exceptional customer experience.
