Dog in Heaven portrait

The artwork was very nice. However, your Customer Service department and your Team really need to improve their skills. My order was very, very late and got mixed up throughout the whole process. The Support Department never responds and if they do, they respond too late. I was very close to cancelling this order and asking for a refund. Like I stated, Helen, your artwork is beautiful; however, you have to get a better Support/Customer Service Team.
