Non responsive customer service

I brought these towels. I liked them, but they quickly fell apart. Holes, fabric falling apart after just 4-5 weeks of use. I contacted customer support for a warranty claim and asked if I could exchange these for your luxe towels since they appear to be more durable. I offered to not get reimbursed for the cost difference. Nobody responded but they did process a warranty and sent me two new towels, the original ones. I haven’t opened them. I emailed to ask about returning these unopened new replacement towels. I offered to drop them off at your warehouse. The customer service person responded and said that it can’t be returned. I asked if I could exchange them to try to the Luxe towels, again offering to not get reimbursed for the lower cost. For the second time, nobody responded to my email. I still haven’t even opened the mailing package for the second towels. I don’t want to use them because of how quickly they fall apart. Disappointing that twice customer service has not responded to a very common sense request, to swap out these more expensive towels for cheaper luxe towels.

Love These Bath Sheets

Even my husband said how much he loves them and he has never commented on a towel in his life! They are thick and fluffy, but dry well and are huge. Almost too heavy to wrap around your hair in your head, but so absorbent. Will definitely be buying again.

Seams coming unsewn

These are good decent towels. I give them a 2 because I thought that, since these are heavier ribbed towels than the luxury ones they would dry better than those. But not the case. The luxury towels dry better in my opinion. The main reason for the 2 is, just like several other reviews, my seams are coming apart at the edges and I have these strings I keep having to cut off and of course the edge is floppy now.
