False Advertisement

I received this mirror as a “free gift with purchase” or so I thought. When I got my package the mirror was in the box with my other items, and when I looked at my invoice I saw that I was charged for it. When I emailed customer service the response was “if you don’t want it send it back”. The most frustrating part aside from the agent not even acknowledging the gift with purchase question is that I would have been charged to use the return label if I didn’t ship it back on my own (which I did. ) The mirror itself was fine, even cute and I would have used it if I had gotten it for free as promised. This situation has me shopping at Sephora for my Lawless purchases in the future.
