5'1, 122 pounds, cup size is 36-38 C. I ended up ordering a Large top and it comfortably, not too tight, not too loose. I have more of the athletic broad shoulder body type. I've had a lot of compliments on this suit. I purchased the Hi Tide Bottom in a Medium and it fit great as well. Fabric is very soft. The thing I like most about the top is it has enough coverage on the back that it covers up that little bit of back roll where your rib cage comes in. Sometimes suits hit that in the wrong spot so it creates a back roll, but this extends over that area, making your back look nice and smooth.
