I just installed the Leatherman replacement wire cutters. They fit well. When I ordered them , there was a delay in the shipping. What I was really impressed with is that someone from the company called me and told me it would two weeks later than the 3 days or so it was originally going to be. He wondered if I still wanted them , if it was going to take that long. I was not in a hurry, so that was fine . Communication and integrity like this is rare today. I appreciate it
