Catventure Cat Leash - Black - 100% Recycled Plastic Bottles

I never received my product but was charged anyway. I didn't receive accurate tracking, and the communication from customer service was almost non-existant. The product apparently tried to get delivered, yet I was not made aware of this in any way; delivery card, text, call, email... Nothing. Then they blamed the customer for their own mismanagement and didn't offer a full refund. They basically stole from me. Probably the worst experience of online shopping I've ever had and the customer service was worse. 1/10 would not recommend

Absolutely excellent. What an innovative idea of recycled plastic bottles. Really cannot tell. My cat is still in training,so a bit hard to see if she will like it or not. Thankyou
