I was under the impression that my “painting” would be an actual painting. The first canvas I received was nothing more than a printed image on canvas. It lacked vibrant colors and appeared dull. I paid extra money for the 3D embellished “painting,” which didn’t arrive until nearly a month after I paid for it. Additionally, I had to contact customer support asking why I had not received it. To paint over an image with a couple globs of paint is equivalent to coloring in between the lines as a child and you’re claiming that an artist is hand painting this? That’s wild! A paint by numbers art piece would have costed me half the price and looked a lot better. I will never make another purchase from this company again and now I have to figure out what to do with $300 worth of cheap art.
