The coloring was completely different to what was shown on the model, the material was not what I had expected, and the size of this item and others were too large. When I reached out to try to exchange some of the items, there was no respond so I had to pay to get 2 of the items tailored. While I would like to purchase some other items, the customer service has been nonexistent. Therefore, I will not be ordering any other items from this company, and I’m still left with 3 items that I would like to return.
