Air Jordan 4 Retro "BRED REIMAGINED" 2024

Customer service was unfortunately horrible; worst I’ve ever experienced on product quality concerns. The warped shape of the shoe & source it truly came from (StockX which is known to have authenticity/quality issues) were not disclosed. Customer support were very disrespectful and defensive when I asked for possible solutions to this issue. I have never experienced an interaction this poorly from a sneaker store. This is disappointing.

Sole is legit and reliable as they come. Prices very competitive if not lowest on the market typically. Highly recommend doing business with them. Oh, and the Reimagined Bred 4s I got from ya'll are clean as heck too.
