Rich bodied, but not too strong

My family loves strong coffee, but I don't. This satisfies all of us. It is rich, but not too strong! I've been ordering this for auto delivery for over a year. This flavor is close to Nizza (which I also love) but just a touch more rich.

Over-roasted for what I prefer. Tastes stale.

Brazil coffees tend to be my preference, but this one isn't doing it for me. I've brewed it with several methods and none have given me anything interesting. Just tastes flat and honestly a little stale.

Not the best flavors, body or after taste

I am a member of their coffee community because they roast to bean. Some are best at a city, city+ or full city. Not sure what it was with this bean or batch but it wasn’t a good match.
