NO WIPE TOP COAT

Im not sure if I got a defective bottle or if this is how Ugly Duckling is because its my first time buying it. It’s a great top coat but there are a few clumpy pieces in it. Maybe it’s old because there wasn’t any dried parts around the rim when I opened it. Other than having to remove those out when I polish, it seems to do the job.
