I feared my order was going to arrive too late for the holiday I'd planned to use it, so I emailed customer support, who quickly and efficiently tracked my order and allayed my fear. The card — which had a great personal meeting to my spouse — was a hit! Great customer service. (Be sure to order well in advance for these bespoke items!)

I actually love the card but I ordered the card 2 weeks before Valentine’s Day and it came almost 2 weeks after. Super disappointing
