Not impressed. Tasted gross and did not do what it said. Was not helpful at all.

Bright and light

As a daily coffee drinker - I notice a definite change in feeling; a lightness vs the coffee's more heavy boost. I'm not going to stop coffee but I have dropped to about two mornings a week ( I have it as a 'treat' now ) and let MM 'do the talking' the rest of the week - ya can't beat the ingredients - good stuff ! Going to subscribe for a bit to monitor a more long term use...... I'd give it five stars - but hey - lets see what a longer term feels like.
