The best running undies I've worn so far

Super light weight. You get the support without feeling the tightness of the garment. perfect length to avoid chaffing. They're great for long runs. Like with the T8 trail running shorts, go one size up.

These are amazing.

Did a 100km ultra in these yesterday with no chafing. I had been having issues with other shorts/liners. I’m wearing these under T8 shorts but you could wear them under any short.
