NuPrime PRA-9X Preamp

Although there was a delay in shipment due to getting supply from manufacturer, Aamir provided personal service to update me every step of the way until my PRA-9X Preamp arrived. That kind of service is rare these days and is much appreciated. I replaced my classic Harmon Kardon Citation 11 with the PRA-9X and appreciate the basic input/output design. My system has all the control I need after the preamp stage, making additional controls on the preamp redundant. The PRA-9X is clean, quiet and has sonically made an improvement in my system. The only reason I have not given it 5 stars is because I have not yet had time to fully integrate and listen to it yet. So far, so good though!
