Pretty Bun; Open Seams

The bunny has a beautiful design and could be fantastic; however, the bunny I received came with numerous manufacturing oddities. Some were kind of funny, such as the protective plastic wrap being left on a safety eye, but the biggest issue was that the back seam was completely unstitched. I contacted customer service and was kindly sent a replacement, which unfortunately had the exact same issue with the back seam. Holes more than big enough for me to stick my finger through between the stitches. It's not uncommon for stuffed animals to feature a hand-sewn back seam, but it shouldn't be coming open brand new. I bought this bunny for myself, but if I were a parent with children, I would be even more disappointed. Bukowaki Bears: your customer service is great (Ira rules!), and I think this bunny could be something really special, but there absolutely needs to be better quality control. Two bunnies in a row with exactly the same stitching issues is a sad thing indeed.
