Absolutely LOVE these bracelets!!!

Actually - less than 1 star. I ordered the wrong size (my mistake). I asked outside the normal return period to make a size exchange and was denied. I asked for special considerarion and i wojld pay return postage and was denied a second time. This is the 5 th order from M&L in six months. I think this is very bad customer service and have un-suscribed.
