Partner and I both use this regularly. I'm about 5'2 and my partner is 6', the multi grip makes it easy to adjust for either of us. The standing legs make it super easy to load and unload weights which was always an issues with a regular bar

I bought this for my son - in his 20's and a strong and fit man. He really likes it. Solid. Only one thing, and I think SMAI could solve this up with their Chinese manufacturers, for a home gym it's very wide. It's designed that way to fit onto a rack. Since the bars on which the weight plates sit are bolt-on, it would be very easy to manufacture shorter 'arms' for those who don't have a rack and don't need the extra width. I'd buy a set in a heartbeat. Otherwise, very beefy and well constructed. Allows for loading plates easily and for things like Bulgarian split squats which regular trap bars don't allow.
