I think the only issue i have is the length of the zippers for the inserts should be wider as to be able to fit the inserts in better without having to be scrunched up. The strap is also rather thin which worries me but is easily replaced i suppose. Shipping package was also VERY beat up when it was delivered. Id recommend better tape and a more fitting box for shipping to avoid any products being damaged. Happy with it overall! Thank you for making such a cute product :)

Overall i love the bag. Theres plenty of room inside and the stitching inside the insert to know where your pins will be is appreciated. The only problem i have with it is that the strap seems fairly thin, and doesnt seem as though itd be as durable as the rest of the bag

i've been wanting an ita bag for a while but i could never find a design that i really liked (something sleek enough for everyday use but also still unique and cute) and this bag was recommended to me by a friend and i instantly fell in love at first sight. i love the shape of it and how sturdy it is, i love that there's a choice between gold and silver hardware (bc i am usually a silver jewelry kind of person and it does slightly irk me when the hardware of my bags ends up being gold,, like that is such a small but very appreciated detail) i've only had it for a few weeks but i'm so tempted to buy another one in a different color because i love it so much. as soon as i debuted this bag i have been getting endless compliments!! not even from people who recognize the fandoms of the pins inside,, just for the overall aesthetic because it really is that cute. (but if you're like me and like to carry around a lot of stuff, beware because stuffing the bag full makes it difficult to close properly, but that's a Me Problem as a chronic overpacker and nothing to do with the bag itself. i just wanted to give a heads up to my fellow hoarders)
