Spend a little time getting the translations correct

My only quibble about the Foxwell NT710 Scan Tool is a few more dollars and hours spent with spell/grammar/syntex checkers to ensure the translations make sense. It's obvious whoever wrote the manual and the UI is not a native English speaker. Which is fine, but it would make for a more polished presentation and better UX if a little more time and effort was spent making sure the UI translation was improved.

It was impossible for me to register your device

It was very difficult for me to register your device. Every time I entered my email, the one you used to ask for this survey, the device did not recognize it and wanted to change it to something else. Now I have a worthless device. After a few back and forth emails to service, it was worked out. One thing they told me was that I actually didn't need an account to update the software. The device does not make this clear, it should.
