The company provides outstanding customer service. The product is well-crafted and performs exactly as described. A more robust means of securing the panels at the top would be helpful. The carrying bag itself is not very effective. I retained the plastic bags and the cardboard inserts from the shipping boxes to provide added protection while transporting in inclement weather. Still, I intend to add four more to my studio.

Really disappointed in the quality of these boards. I ordered two, and they both came pretty bent. I already have one board that’s not able to stand up straight and it’s already tearing at the seam. I’ve had them for about a month.

This is my second pair of Vflats from you. Like the first time I purchased a pair, the first one I opened had a a dent on the white side. There may be more dents because having seen the first dent I put it away. I've yet to look at the other one I've purchased. I was excited for the improvements but the quality should be higher with the improved products or at least that was my expectation.
