I started taking the stack on 08/07, literally since day two I’ve been feeling fantastic, more energy during the day and during my workouts ( I do it twice a day). On thing I’ve would like to ask: does any of the minerals can cause constipation? I follow an Animal based diet, and no problem with bowel movements, but I noticed 4 days ago some changes in my stools. Yesterday I received my second FIQ order on the Magnesium Maleate, WholeC and Histamine, started today..very excited to see the results I’m looking forward!!
