Disappointed-broke before even wearing.

Got this for my wife as a gift and she never got to wear it. Had it in the bag. Pulled it out to wear it on vacation and it was broken. Never came out of the bag. Never wore not even once. I am hoping that seeing this review will make you send a replacement. This is sad.
