INEOS Grenadier Crossbars: DualTrack™ Low-Profile Roof Crossbar System

Needed a slight adjustment

The product is very well sorted with the exception of the length of the slots for the bolts that go through the crossbars into the upright brackets (which are intended to compensate for the varying width of the Grenadier roof). When I installed the 4-bar setup, I noticed that one of the bars (the furthest rearward) bowed upwards when the bolts were snugged. This is because the slots were not far enough inward, which resulted in the uprights being tilted slightly downward (which resulted in the cross bar being stressed when snugged). For the more forward bar, the opposite...when tightened, the bar bowed downward. To address the bowing, I elongated the slots. I believe if the slots were longer in each direction by 1/8 inch, the bars would remain flat.
