Not impressed

I bought this flat iron after a demonstration at my school and was so excited to try it, I bought it and sadly got an empty box, once that issue was resolved and I got the flat iron I was disappointed when trying it. I felt like it didn’t slide easily through the hair and kept getting caught in the hair creating lines and another pass wouldn’t take it out.
