Purchased a Honda gx390. It was shipped the next day. Even though it was packaged well at some point during shipping it was dropped upside down or something which bent the tank. I emailed and received a fast email and they corrected the issue almost immediately. I am very happy with both my purchase and the customer service at equipatron. Will certainly be my first stop in the future.
