Used a ratio of 19.2 grams coffee beans to 340 grams water using my v60 pour over and let me tell you… Bold, rich, chocolately, creamy, and sweet…not bitter. Very good

I grab a pound or 2 if I get the chance to go to Sanford market. Haven’t made it to Sanford recently so ordered online. Fast delivery to my home. The blue mountain is high quality and properly roasted at a reasonable price for a high end coffee. Great job. Thanks

Any real coffee connoisseur knows Jamaican Blue Mountain and Kona. Two of the most imitated, but never duplicated names in coffee appellations. This is the real deal at a very reasonable price. Opening the bag, that first whiff, you know you have something special. The only negative is it might ruin a lot of other coffee for you! Drink with reverence and caution.
