Candlelight Sparkle Veil

STUNNING veil but the head piece broke before I even left the house I got ready at the morning of the wedding. For the price I would’ve expected a stronger veil. Between my hairstylist and bridesmaids we were able to use gorilla glue and double sided tape to fix it enough for the ceremony.

Disappointing

Brides, please be more aware than me to know that Untamed Petals lists their 50" veils as fingertip length, but 50" is much longer than fingertip length. I tried on multiple fingertip veils at local bridal salons so I didn't think to pull out a tape measure to ensure 50" was the right length before ordering... I searched high and low on the web and while designers can vary in length, the range for fingertip veils is typically 36-42". Never 50". So, if you love this veil and want a true fingertip length, you can potentially cut it shorter if needed due to the raw edge. I opted not to though because I don't love it enough to spend even more money on it. Because of the glitter, the material doesn't flow. Instead, it sticks together and pulling it apart sounds like velcro. The glitter also falls off.
