Hydramama® Apple + Ginger

A little pick me up

The flavour tastes great. The Apple mixed with ginger works well. I love the ease of mixing the packet into my water bottle. I use this at work to stay hydrated and the electrolyte boost helps me beat that afternoon slump.

I’ve started Hydramama to help me drink more water and reduce my caffeine intake whilst TTC. My favourites so far are the Apple & Ginger and Tropical. They smell so good, and taste delicious. They’ve been a good daily substitute for coffee during the work day, and also great to improve my hydration when exercising.

Refreshing

The apple and ginger is perfect when you don’t want something sweet but need something more that water! Refreshing and light and a bonus the toddler loves it too!
