I do not love how the ends of the necklace are finished. I think your designers are leaving much too big of a wire loop on both ends, they should be pulled tighter, where you can barely see it. Also, I don't like the double flat crimps. I think you should use only one barrel crimp that folds in half when crimped, not leaving those sharp edges flattened crimps . Then use crimp covers for a more professionally finished look. I like the item, the price is good, but I will have to restring it to fix the ends of it. -1 star for that reason and I have the tools to fix it right.
