Square-to-Round Headlight Grille Kit [Late Vanagon]

The fitment of both the buckets and the grill are terrible. A lot of cutting and bending is required to even get the pots to go in place. Then the aiming is difficult at best. As for the grill, it is covered in flash from worn out molds used to extruded it, also the mold is off in that the geometry of the grill does not match thst of the van and it is a real struggle to get it to even lock in on the three points along the top. Replacement lock in points should be included in the kit to better secure the grill using the original 5 points. For the price, esp here in Canada with the dollar conversion, shipping and taxes, it's just not worth it. Look for a SA van ro get parts from or proper aftermarket OEM if possible, otherwise just do your best with alternative lamps for your square headlights.

Two hour job. Headlight buckets are solid, grille a little flimsy, but overall I’m pleased with the product.

My van had been altered to have square headlights but I changed it back to it’s original aesthetic. This kit was affordable and easy to install. I love it!
