Great trousers

I've been buying these for years. Love the shorts as well. Always reliable. Minor moan this time - hence the 3 stars, rather than 4 or 5. The 'L' measurement in the leg is completely different from the last pair I bought - about 3 inches extra. Which is a pain because the previous 'L' was perfect. Now I'll have to get them shortened.

Wrong size sorted

I bought a 3xl size of these trousers but I had vastly overestimated the size I needed. I returned them as per the instructions on the website and requested a 2xl size. This pair was also too large so I completed a 2nd return. A 1xl pair were sent back to me which are a perfect size. At all times my correspondence with Silverman's was polite,quick and to the pont. I offered to pay any extra postage for the 2nd delivery but was not charged for this. I could not be happier with the service I have received and will definitely be shopping here again. Well done Silverman's and especially Rachel in your office this is what good customer relations should look like.
