great upgrade to the braided style ground wires. The radiator ground helps prevent long term problems. I would suggest that if you want total reliability and longevity ground that radiator. If possible, upgrade your radiator with a new Gowesty radiator. I recently purchase and all aluminum from FAS custom-built cost me 1100.00 clams but now I have absolute reliability for my whole cooling system. Put a check in the box upgrade aging components with GoWesty.
